Abstract [zh]

本文以二种不同的运动强度对受试者进行为期六周的身体训练,并在训练的不同阶段进行4×400m间歇性剧烈运动,测定剧烈运动前后血液载氧能力各参数的变化。结果表明,运动训练在增加血容量的同时,降低了Hb浓度及Her,但机体VO_2max仍然明显提高。剧烈运动后Hb及Hct均明显升高,PV减少,显示运动对血液系统产生浓缩作用。由于酸性代谢产物的积累及机械损伤作用,血液中老化红细胞增多。
