Abstract [sv]

Innan Västerbottens läns landsting, VLL, tog det nya intranätet i bruk, planerade och genomförde intranätets projektgrupp införandeaktiviteter som landstingsmedarbetare deltog i. Studien gjordes i syfte att få veta om dessa medarbetare hade en annan upplevelse av införandet än övriga medarbetare. En webbenkät besvarades av 313 av de 1000 anställda som slumpats fram i ett representativt urval vad gällde kön, ålder och arbetsrelaterade variabler. Resultatet påvisade skillnad mellan gruppernas upplevelser. De som deltog i minst en aktivitet var mer positiva till förändringen än de som inte deltog. Det är dock osäkert om det var det faktiska deltagandet i aktiviteter som resulterade i skillnad mellan grupperna – även andra faktorer kan ha spelat in i resultatet. Eftersom det finns stöd i tidigare forskning för hur projektgruppen arbetade med delaktighet och information under införandet, så finns det anledning för kommande projektkonstellationer inom VLL att dra lärdom av detta arbete i framtiden.

Abstract [en]

Before using the new intranet at Västerbotten county council, VLL, the project group for this intranet planned and effected introductory activities in which the employees participated. The study was made to see if these employees had a different perception of the introduction than other employees. A web-based questionnaire was answered by 313 of 1000 employees from a random selection, representative concerning gender, age and work-related factors. The result proved differences between the perceptions of the groups. Those who participated in at least one activity were more positive to the change than those who did not participate. However, it is uncertain whether it was the actual participation in activities which resulted in these differences - other factors may also have played a role. Since previous research supports the way the project team worked with participation and information during the introduction, future project constellations within VLL could learn from this work.
