Abstract [sv]

Syftet med studien är att undersöka hur klasslärare beskriver de olika pedagogerna som arbetar med en nyanländ elev, deras roller och arbetsuppgifter. Studien handlar även om hur klassläraren beskriver kommunikationen mellan de olika pedagogerna. Det genomfördes kvalitativa intervjuer med fyra klasslärare på olika skolor i en kommun i norra Sverige som har eller har haft en direktintegrerad nyanländ elev i klassen. Eftersom att studien är relativt liten så ger den enbart en insikt i vilka pedagoger som arbetar med en nyanländ elev och hur kommunikationen ser ut mellan pedagogerna. Resultaten visar på liknande svar av klasslärarna, det vill säga att det inte skiljde så mycket vilka pedagoger som är involverade och hur återkopplingen ser ut.

Abstract [en]

The aim of the study is to investigate how class teachers describe the different educators who work with a new newly arrived student, their roles and tasks. The study is also about how class teachers describe the feedback between the different educators. There were qualitative interviews with four class teachers at various schools in north Sweden who have or have had a directly integrated newly arrived student in the class. Because the study is relatively small, it only gives an insight about witch educators work with a newly arrived student and how the communication looks between the educators. The results show similar responses of class teachers, that is, it does not differ as much which educator are involved and how the feedback looks.
