The result of the study has been analyzed according by the socio-culture theory and the perspective of learning organization. Furthermore, the result indicates that beneficial factors for successful school improvement is the headmaster´s role in making everybody involved, feeling important and well-being and sensing a freedom of action. This confirms the importance of the learning organization for successful school improvement.
