Abstract [en]

The novel method of composite thin films with fullerene and inorganic semiconductor production were developed in order to create bulk heterojunction based on donor-acceptor complexes. Optical, Raman and photoluminescence spectra of composite thin films were studied, and charge transfer solid state complex were realized.
