Abstract [en]

Context Somatotroph adenomas have been classified into densely granulated (DG) and sparsely granulated (SG) tumours with a transitional, intermediate group. Gsp oncogenes are activating mutations in the Gsa subunit gene, found in approximately 40% of somatotroph adenomas.
