Abstract [en]

The aim of this report is to describe and give suggestions on how to improve the logistic chain at Komatsu Forest, from that a machine is leaving their factory in Umeå until it reaches the costumer. This report consist of two parts, one part that in very short terms describes logistics, and the main part that deals with delivery times at Komatsu.
