For data collection, the methods interview and observation has been chosen. Two work groups in social work formed the sample group for the study. A component that is highlighted in the study is the knowledge of how to learn and the learning process. One conclusion is that it is one of the most important components for creating the conditions for a learning organization and team. Without knowledge of the learning process reduces the possibilities to develop the process that promote learning. Other components that are highlighted are clear leadership and that the purposes of learning are emphasized. But also to create an understanding of each other's perspectives and tasks within the working group is important for acceptance and to start a process that generates learning.
