Abstract [zh]

以二种不同强度运动,测定运动结束后不同时间内股四头肌MDA含量及SOD、GSH-PX活性,并测定了相应时间内的血清酶活性.结果发现长时间力竭性运动引起肌组织MDA含量增加的同时,SOD和GSH-PX活性下降,血清CK、LDH及Mb含量上升;短时间间歇运动后,尽管MDA变化不明显,但SOD和GSH-PX趋于上升,且血清酶活性也在运动后有上升表现.
