This report describes the design and implementation of a system for managing personell and competence within a company. Further the software has been designed to be able to perform matching between a specified task and available personell, attempting to reccomend persons that would be particularly suited to the task at hand based on their skills and knowledge within the sought after areas. The report also contains a study on the field of e-recruitment and techniques that can be used within software targeting the e-recruitment eld, with focus on candidate selection.
